HO Mo-han started learning liuqin from NG Chiu-shing in 1984 and switched to zhongruan and daruan later. Acting as the conductor, she led her school's Chinese orchestra and achieved outstanding result in Hong Kong School Music Festival. She herself won a number of awards including the third prize in the Junior Group (Liuqin) in the 43rd Hong Kong School Music Festival, the third prize in the Senior Group (Liuqin) the following years, as well as the first prize in Senior Group (Liuqin) in 1993.

Apart from being an enthusiast in local music community, she also toured Vienna, Taiwan, Singapore, Xinhui, Jiangmen, Los Angeles and Las Vegas with other performing groups. She also appeared as a liuqin and zhougruan instructor of Sam Shui Primary School, Leung Sing Tak Primary School Chinese Orchestra. She is currently a group leader (Percussion) of the Hong Kong Juvenile and Youth Chinese Classical Orchestra.
